Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create and execute design concepts for signs and bronze plaques. This includes layout design, typography, color theory, and graphic elements.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements. Provide professional design advice and adapt designs based on feedback.
- Production Coordination: Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet production standards. Understand the technical aspects of sign and plaque manufacturing.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion. Ensure timely delivery of designs, adhering to budget and project specifications.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on final products to ensure design integrity and client satisfaction.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and techniques in the signage and plaque industry.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize various design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and any industry-specific software.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
